Can I receive digital radio?

Type your postcode into the search function on www.digitalradioplus.com.au or SMS your postcode to 0409377587.

Poor Digital Radio (DAB+) reception or No Service

Digital Radio (DAB+) uses a vertically polarised signal. To maximise reception your antenna should be fully extended in a vertical orientation.  Similarly, move your Digital Radio to other locations within the listening area. Reception can change noticeably in short distances within the home or office etc. For portable Digital Radios, reception is unlikely in tunnels or other underground locations. Also, whilst using your Sangean Digital Radio on a train for example, buildings and other obstacles can temporarily affect reception. These instances are normal and to be expected and are not a fault of the radio.

Radio will not turn on or respond to any buttons

Is your radio equiped with a Lock Switch? This feature is designed to prevent accidental operation of the radio such as when placed in a bag or pocket. A ‘key’ symbol will be present on the LCD display.  If so, simply move the Lock Switch to the OFF position and your radio will return to normal operation.
